Offering exceptional privacy, a private pool and seamless indoor-outdoor living, the villa is just minutes from beaches, golf courses and Marbella town centre - ideal for a peaceful yet well-connected stay. A €2,000 refundable security deposit card pre-authorisation is required prior to check-in. No amount is charged unless damage or rule breaches occur. If unused, the authorisation expires automatically after check-out. The villa is centred around a bright open-plan ground floor featuring a fully equipped modern kitchen, dining area and comfortable living space. Large pocket sliding doors open completely onto the garden and pool area, creating seamless indoor-outdoor living with beautiful sea views. On the ground floor there is one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a separate guest toilet. Upstairs, the master bedroom includes a walk-in closet and private en-suite bathroom, while two additional bedrooms share one bathroom — all three with direct access to the upper terrace. Outside, the private garden offers a dedicated outdoor dining area, lounge seating and sunbathing space by the pool. Private parking with a secure garage door accommodates up to two cars. Guests have full private access to the entire villa, garden, pool area and garage — nothing is shared. All guests aged 14 and over must complete online registration before arrival, as required by Spanish law. The villa is reserved for registered guests only and is not suitable for parties or events. Quiet hours apply between 22:00 and 08:00. Personal check-in is arranged in advance.
