In the PAZNAUN VILLAS you will discover the power of tranquility, authenticity and stylish design combined with contemporary, alpine living. ARCHITECTURE The combination of state-of-the-art construction technology and the traditional roof shape of the old chalets with their dark wood design makes the Paznaun villas a fantastic, contemporary reminder of the appearance of the old Tyrolean chalets. The roofs imitate the mountain silhouette of the other side of the valley. The black wood integrates naturally into the deep forest and the structure of the buildings is in an ideal balance with their natural environment. LAYOUT AND FURNISHINGS Each mountain villa has an extraordinary layout concept that separates the living area from the sleeping area. The living room and dining area are very comfortable and spacious. The dining area is located in the upper part of the chalet and is equipped with high wooden ceilings. The glass walls open onto the large balcony, where you can enjoy a breathtaking panorama over the mountains. Outdoor seating makes the balcony an attractive place for a "sundowner". The open kitchen features high-quality Miele appliances. The magnificent view can also be enjoyed from the bathroom, which is equipped with a freestanding bathtub and overlooks the Alpine peaks. On the ground floor there are three double bedrooms, all with their own bathroom. All individually designed bedrooms have large windows with direct access to private terraces. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE The in-chalet wellness offer with a Finnish and a herbal sauna lets you immerse yourself in total relaxation. The heated outdoor infinity pool with spectacular mountain views is a taste of what awaits guests. Since we consider gastronomy to be part of your alpine experience, you can enjoy a wide selection of well-known wines and champagnes in the private wine cellar, with a collection of the best that Austria, Italy, Switzerland and France have to offer. A glass of wine can also be enjoyed on the terrace next to the "design" outdoor fireplace. High-speed WiFi, cable/satellite TV, Apple TV technology and a sound system are included. The Paznaun villas symbolize the pinnacle of luxurious, alpine life — an ideal place to relax with family or friends. A private concierge will take care of you during your stay. The villas are sold on a "catered" or "self-catered" basis.
