In an enchanted place, in the heart of an ancient quarry where the precious stone was once extracted to create the Baroque masterpieces of Val di Noto, there is now an architectural jewel that combines elegance and modernity. With its large glass surfaces and avant-garde design, this Glass House enchants the senses and offers a unique experience in the heart of Noto. The space With a heated infinity pool (on request) and breathtaking views, masterfully curated by the Milanese architecture firm Fondamenta, led by architects Francesca Gagliardi and Federico Rossi, every detail of this residence has been designed to create a space of refined comfort. Thanks to the interior design by Molteni&C, the furnishings integrate harmoniously with the surrounding environment, while the bathrooms curated by Antonio Lupi Design give moments of relaxation and well-being and unleash energy with their lava stone cements. Light plays a fundamental role in this residence, thanks to the lighting design project by Mario Nanni, who has expertly positioned the Viabizzuno light fixtures — true objects of art and light engineering — making every corner of the house even more evocative. The Secco Sistemi fixtures, with their sober elegance and very thin profiles, give a touch of modernity to the large windows, allowing you to fully enjoy the breathtaking panoramic view that surrounds La Cava Boutique Home. The gardens have been expertly maintained in the Mediterranean style, using only native plants. The outdoor spaces, tastefully furnished by the innovative Houe, are unusual and very evocative. The pool is an infinity pool with a small beach, set in the quarry area, which offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding beauty. The solarium area, furnished with sun loungers and tables, is an oasis of relaxation, while the Treesse jacuzzi bathtub with chromotherapy adds a touch of luxury and well-being to the experience. La Cava Boutique Home is much more than a residence: it is an extraordinary experience, a perfect combination of design, comfort, and scenic beauty. Extra paid services • Heated pool — €100 per day. Pool heating is available upon request, with at least 2 days' notice prior to the arrival date. There is an electricity usage fee of €100 per day, which must be paid in advance for the entire duration of the stay. Payment shall be due regardless of the actual use of the service, with the property expressly indemnified in the event of adverse weather conditions or causes beyond its control. • Concierge service — €300 per week. A dedicated concierge service is available upon request, active every day from 10:00 to 18:00, to be paid directly to Giuliana, our on-site point of contact. The service offers personalized support for the selection and booking of the best local amenities: selected restaurants, guided tours of Noto and surroundings, driver and transfers, purchases (groceries, cosmetics, medications), beaches and seaside resorts, home spa treatments, private chefs for villa dinners, and daily boat trips. • Later check-in — €40. Check-in from 8:00 PM to 11:30 PM has an extra cost of €40 to be paid to Giuliana. • Extra cleaning & linen change. For stays of at least 7 nights, the price of the villa includes a 2-hour midweek cleaning service with two employees, in addition to the change of sheets, towels, and beach towels. Extra cleaning will have an hourly cost communicated directly by the on-site staff. The cost of changing linens, towels and beach towels is €200, to be paid directly to the on-site staff.
