Perched above the Aegean on Skiathos's quiet southern side, Olivia's Villas Of Luxury Kalivia is a private stone villa for up to 6 guests with a 40 m² infinity pool, a waterfall feature and salt-water chlorination. Days begin on the sun terrace — two loungers under the pergola, the pool spilling toward the sea — and end with the poolside candles lit and the pergola canopy glowing at dusk. Inside, the villa keeps an airy open plan under a vaulted wooden ceiling: a fully equipped modern kitchen, a fireplace for cool evenings, and a master bedroom with its own jacuzzi. Air conditioning, satellite TV and a sound system run throughout. A 25-minute stroll brings you to Lalaria Beach; Megas Gialos is a 5-minute drive, and the Evangelistria Monastery sits 3.3 km away. Arkos Islet is 4.9 km out, and the Agios Nikolaos Church and Clock Tower are a 10-minute drive. Diving, horse riding, canoeing and lawn tennis can be arranged on request. Check-in from 15:00 until 22:30, check-out until 10:00. Bookings open from April 2027.
