An Exclusive Stay The living area opens onto a spacious double lounge with a fireplace, filled with natural light from large windows overlooking the park. Its generous and welcoming spaces are ideal for relaxing and spending quality time with family and friends. One of the property's most distinctive features is its magnificent heated indoor swimming pool, available throughout the year. This exclusive and atmospheric setting is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the villa in every season. A traditional Finnish sauna is located beside the pool, completing the wellness area and offering guests wonderfully restorative moments. The living area also includes a large dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing and enjoying meals with family or friends. Seven Bedrooms with Private Bathrooms The sleeping area features seven elegant bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests. Upon request, the villa can accommodate up to a maximum of 20 guests with additional sleeping arrangements and an extra charge. The impressive attic master suite features beautiful vaulted ceilings almost four metres high, two double beds and a spacious private bathroom with a bathtub. It is a charming and secluded space designed to provide exceptional comfort and complete privacy. The villa also offers an additional living area with a sofa bed, as well as dedicated spaces suitable for remote working, making it an excellent choice for professional or extended stays. Minimum stay: 3 nights. House Rules (residential stays 2026/2027) The villa is granted for the exclusive use of duly registered guests; private and technical areas are off-limits. Parties, receptions, events or other activities not expressly agreed with the Property in advance are prohibited. Smoking inside the villa is strictly prohibited. Swimming pool: use is under the responsibility of the Tenant; children must be closely supervised and the pool door kept closed when not in use. Shoes, food, drinks and foreign objects are not allowed in the pool area. When included in the booking, water temperature is brought to approximately 26°C; improper use requiring water replacement or extraordinary sanitisation may be charged €1,000. Sauna: use is permitted only to persons with no medical or physical limitations incompatible with sauna use; the Tenant is responsible for informing all guests of correct use. Other rules: late check-out after the agreed time is charged €400.00 per hour or part thereof. Lost keys are charged €250.00 each and gate remote controls €40.00 each. Pets are welcome but must be communicated at the time of booking; the Tenant is responsible for any damage caused. Decorations may not be glued, fixed or hung on walls, ceilings, doors, floors or windows, and furniture may not be moved without prior authorisation. Separate waste sorting is mandatory, and all waste must be correctly sorted at check-out. Guests are asked to use water, heating and air-conditioning responsibly, switching off lights and appliances when not needed. Staying at Villa L'Alma constitutes acceptance of and compliance with these House Rules.
